Course Details and Training Highlights

The working at heights course duration is 8 hours, completed in 1 day in the classroom and on the tower and platform. Students will learn about harnesses, fall factors, equipment care, and maintenance and how to climb and work safely at heights. You will learn about type 1, 2, and 3 devices - twin tailing and using pole straps correctly and safely. You'd be hard-pressed to fall asleep in this course – it's lots of hands-on! 

 

Upon successful completion, students will receive statements of attainment recognised nationally (RIIWHS204E).
